34. These instructions are applicable to all Bureau employees (colored) drawing rations. Superintendent Major, In reporting Hospitals to which rations were issued in the month of September, you do not report any government employees as having drawn rations during that month. There are three or five attendants at Gordonsville; if rations were issued to these persons they should be reported on the same line as the Hospital to which they belong, under the 2nd class heading. You will please be careful in reporting the employees in future.
