The application of Charles H. Shields for the restoration of House and Lot, situated in Norfolk, Pa. was received this morning - The papers lack a copy of the applicants oath of amnesty, under the proclamation of Prest. Johnson dated 29th May 1865, or a copy of "Pardon".
