States that it is reported that Thos. Stith (col'd) had two boys, Richmond and Charles Mason, aged 15 & 13 years, living with him who were given him by an elder brother, their father & mother being dead.  Stith is their uncle.  Wm. King, their former master took them away last week to Brunswich Co under order of Dinwiddie Co. Court, he claiming that they were bound to him by Mr. Kimball.  Directs report to be made of all particulars relative to the finding of the boys.  Encloses a summons for Stith to appear before the Dinwiddie Co Ct. to answer for unlawfully detaining the boys.
