It is reported that Thomas Stith (col'd.) of Dinwiddie Co. Va, had two boys, named Richard and Charles Mason, aged 15 & 13 years, living with him, that they were given him by their elder brother- their father & mother are dead- Stith is their uncle. The boys have worked this year for Stith and have assisted in raising a large crop.
      
Wm. King, former master of the boys, took them away last week to Brunswick Co, under an order of the County Court of Dinwiddie, he claiming that they were bound to him by yourself.
     
Enclosed herewith is a summons for Stith to appear before the court of
