A few weeks ago he again informed me that he had got the boys back; that they had been with an uncle in Dinwiddie County and that rather than be so annoyed and troubled he would give them up if he could be released from the obligations of the indentures and bond. No action however was taken at that time.
This is all I knew regarding the matter.
