The problem of William Lowry persona representative of Robert Liveley. Respectfully shows --
that at the time of his death the said Robert Liveley was seized and possessed of a certain lot of land situated in Hampton Elizabeth City County and bounded by Queen St. The lands of Armstead Lowry.
That your petitioner finds that the said lot of land on the books of the Freedmans Bureau for the County of Elizabeth City and he prays that the said lot of land may be restored to him for the benefit of the estate of the said Robert Liveley 
He files herewith
Certificate of Clerk of County Court showing that the lot is duly entered as the property of the [[hempsaid?]] Liveley marked A.
Certificate that the said Lot has never been [[?]] for confiscation C --
Amnesty Auth marked D
Certificate that he does not come within any of the exceptions of the amnesty proclamation E.
