Good ORDER.-Colonel Mahoney, Bureau agent at Danville, has ordered that all vagrant negroes  in that town shall go to work or be arrested and imprisoned. Can't the military here take similar action in regard to the hundreds of loafing negroes who do nothing but block up the streets by day, and pilfer for a living by night. What says Col.
