In compliance with Circular No. 1 dated Hd. Qrs. Asst: Comr. Dist: of Va., February 26th, 1868, I have the honor to report that Sidney B. Smith, A.S.A. Comr: 3rd Div: (comprising the Counties of Loudoun and Fauquier) 10th Sub Dist: of Va., will be at Leesburg, Loudoun Co. Va. on the 2d Monday of each month, (it being Court day), and at Waterford, Loudoun Co., on the Saturday preceding the 2d Monday of each month, the remainder of his time, at his office in Warrenton, Fauquier Co. Va.
