For'ds com'n from Sidney P. Smith, A.S.A.C. in relation to a case of dispute between Chas. Johnson (col'd) and John Porter,(white) regarding the possession of two stray calves.  Calls attention to endorsements of Lieut. Vinal, Mill. Comr  and Col. Lee, S.A. Com'r, in connection therewith, and requests information as to the best mode of procedure in this, and similar cases.
