Respectfully returned to Gen. O Brown Asst. Com'r. with the recommendation that Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be appropriated in response to the within application, the money, however, not be expended, until Cap. Lee is fully satisfied that with this assistance, the house will  be completed before the 15th of Oct. prox. and an efficient school maintained in the same thereafter during the school year.
