   I have the honor to report in compliance with Circular No  9 c.s. Hd Qrs Asst Commr Dist of Va to which my attention has been called by your letter ofthe 24th ulto that the following named days I  will be at the C. Houses of my Division viz. 
Campbell C.H.  2nd Monday of each month  
Amherst C.H. 3rd Monday of each month
Lovington Nelson Co. 4th Monday of each month
That the above has been approved by the S.A.Commr  7th Sub Dist.  That notice of the same has been poasted in each County.
The failure to  report the approval of this arrangement to the Assistant Commissioner occurred through misapprehension of your Circular.
