General: 
I have the honor to ask for an additional appropriation of Twenty five ($25) dollars to complete the repairs of School house in this city, occupied by Miss Whitaker under the auspices of the Union Commission — Freedmens Association Penna. Branch. This additional appropriation is necessary from the fact that it is the purpose now to make said school a normal school which will require a number more desks and some other fixtures.
