Respectfully returned to Maj. W.R. Morse S.A.C. with the enclosed certificate of the clerk of Orange Co. The only way the heirs of Fanny Morris can secure the lot in question is by a suit in chancery which would probably cost more than the lot is worth and I so advised them a long time ago.
