John Watson called one at Smiths store another at Locketts store

Was you there at any of the meetings?
No

Have you been present at any other meeting, when Mr G W Graham was present?
Yes at Alexanders and at Tunstalls store -

Did Mr Graham speak to the colored people, and if he did what was the substance of his remarks?
Yes - advising them - get up school at Alexander meeting - to pay taxes.

Did Mr G W Graham say anything about white citizens - calculated to lead colored people to distrust or ill treat them?
