I am always to be found here on that day

Owing to the extreme bad condition of the roads I had decided not visit Washington Rapp'k Co this month. The principal part of the business for that County is transacted at this place. I have given notice of my contemplated visit there in April - when all Freedmen having business to transact with me are expected to meet me  I have issued no general notice however.
