carried out.  The present A.S.A.Com is making special efforts to impress upon the Freedpeople the Sanctity of the Marriage relation and to discourage in every way unlawful cohabitation among them.
4th  THere is a large Poor house and Poor Farm amply sufficient for the accomodation of the indigent both white and Black.  The disposition of the authorities is good and their means ample.
5th  The Supply of Labor is nearly equal to the demand, but from lack of Capital and Enterprise man of the  large Farms in this county are imperfectly cultivated.
6th  The Schools are prosperous .  Schools are needed at Jerusalem, Black Creek and Indian Woods.

Intimidation of Voters
   Threats of discharge on political Grounds Continue to be made in this Division and the A.S.A.Com has been instructed to notify parties making such threats that the Freedmen will be protected in the free exercise of the right of Ballot whenever and Election shall take place.

Mortimer Moulden A.S.A.Com
   Mortimer Mouldern Esq. A.S.A.Comr. in charge of this DIvision is a faithful and judicious Officer and has thus far managed affairs with considerable tact and discretion.  He has been quite successful in his efforts for the Education and moral improvement of the Freedpeople.
   The Records are now kept in accordance with the Manual.
