to impress upon the Freedmen the sanctity of the same. 
4th There is a large poor House and poor Farm amply sufficient for the accommodation of the indigent both white and blacks. The disposition of the Authorities is good and their means ample. 
5th The supply of labor is about equal to the present demand although the full cultivation of the large Estates in this county would require a much larger supply. 
6th The several private pay schools sustained during the past Quarter have been doing well Others are needed at Jerusalem Black Creek and Indian Woods.

Several cases of outrage upon the Blacks by parties of White men have been reported during the past quarter which the A.S.A. Com was directed to investigate and refer to the Mil'y Comm for redress. 
[[left margin]] Intimidation of Voters [[/left margin]]
The complaints of attempted intimidation of voters so frequent during the preceeding Quarter have almost entirely ceased.

Mortimer Moulden Esq the former A.S.A.C of this Division was relieved by duty by S.O. #112 C.S. Hd Qrs Asst Com Dist Va dated Richmond Va Sept 10th 1868 and ordered to duty in the 8th Sub Dist.
