Respectfully referred to Brvt. Brig. Genl. O. Brown Asst. Comr. Dist. Va. approved, with request for authority to cancel the lease of the building leased from Mrs Emily Irving at the close of the present month, and to lease the within described premises from Mrs. C. D. Segar at the same rate ($6.00/100) six dollars per month and for the same purpose (Store Room for School property of the Prot. Epis. Freedmens Commn) from the 1st of March 1868.
