R.F and A.L. Dist. of Virginia Richmond, Va'. Captain: In compliance the the provisions of Circular No 1, C.S. Head Qr's Ass't Comm'r District of Virginia, I have the honor to report that I have fixed upon the following days in each month when I will be at the several Court Houses in the Sub-Division, viz: Lunenburg Court House, 2d Monday in each month (Court Day): Nottoway Court House, 1st Thursday in each month (Court Day). These are the same days upon which I have been in the habit of visiting the Court Houses and the arrangement has been approved by Major J.R. Stone, Sub Ass't Commissioner.
