This, he agreed to do, to our satisfaction. 

Subsequently I think at two, or more separate conversations at which Joseph Wilson was present, Mr. White said he was renting to them at very low rates. I had understood from Wilson, that he had agreed to four dollars an acre, for several acres, and I told them it was too much, and advised him not to pay it, but he said he had got his house and things moved on to it & did not know where else to go, and he wished to keep it, adding that it would be better nex year, and that he had leased it for five years, to which Mr. White assented, making no objection, or dissent.
