The teacher is Andrew F Simms, the school house will cost [[strikethrough]] about [[/strikethrough]] $7.50 a month. Then there is the wood, anything over is to go to the Teacher. He is a colored man. & with this $15. will be able to live with what the people can pay him. There has never been a school here. One is much needed yet this place is one which a white teacher could not go with the $15. it can be kept up without it the project will fail.
