I have the honor to ask permission on the December vouchers to insert the name of Chas Perry as laborer in place of James K. Pattison.

Also to ask permission to change the name of the School House hired at Browns Hill to Black Lick near new Mount Airy there being a better known Brown Hill in the county which may mislead. Also the name of the Lessor from Jefferson Simms who was teacher I have removed and put James K. Pattison in his place, in consequence I have been obliged to change slightly the location of the school house in fact made new arrangements throughout.

I would also respectfully announce the change of the P.O. address of the Teacher of the School at "Creek Nation" from "Mount Airy" to Wytheville. The teacher will hereafter receive any
