Estimate of rations required for issue to sick in Hospitals, and to destitute Refugees and Freedmen in the District of Virginia, for the month of January 1868. Number of Rations required. Forty two thousand (42,000) — also Four thousand and fifty (4050) lbs Fresh Beef for Soup House at Alexandria, Va. O Brown Bvt. Brig. Genl. Vols Asst. Comr Bvt. Lieut. Col. E. B.
