Virginia to wit:

At a Circuit Court for the County of Loudon begun and held at the Court House of the said County on Monday the 15th day of October 1866.

Thomas W. Edwards Foreman, Joseph Nichols Noble B. Peacock. Richard James, John Ruse, James W. Goodhart. Samuel Slater, Samuel Simpson, Amos Hughes James Lacock Chas E. Paxton, John Williams, Francis Elgin, William P Thomas, William A. Lundford, John F. Allen, and George w. Hummer, were sworn a grand jury of Inquest for the body of this County, and having received their charge withdrew, and, after sometime returned into Court with the following presentations to wit:

an Indictment against Edward G. Wright, Landon T. Lovett and George Campbell, for "Horse Stealing" a true bill" Thos W Edwards foreman.

The Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in and for the body of the County of Loudon and now attending the said Court upon their oath present that Edward S. Wright, Landon T. Lovett and George Campbell on the night of the ninth day of September in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six in the said County, one bay mare of the value of
