Sir:
Adverting to papers, which were returned by you with report of the 7th instant, in the case of Mr. Ferdinand Weedon vs. Mary Ann Chinn, (colored) for title to property left by the will of Henry F. Roe, deceased, I am directed by the Commanding General to say that the action of Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel S. R. Lee, Captain 45th U.S. Infantry, late Military Commissioner 19th Division of Virginia in suspending all action of said Weedon as administrator is approved, and said order of suspension will be continued in force until further orders from these Head Quarters.
