Dear Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that transportation has this day been received and forwarded to your teachers at Yorktown, and also to Mr. & Mrs. Dixon at Danville. Your attention is called to the following extract from Comr. from Bureau Hd. Qrs. viz: "The request in the case of Mary T. Paul and Adelaide M. Nixon, contained in the same application, is not favorably considered, they having been employed but one month, their term of service does not warrant the expenditure for return transportation."
