Two Clerks, one Messenger, one office boy, and one Ambulance Driver.

On the receipt of this you will without delay forward to these Head Quarters the names of the employees you wish discharged under these instructions.

If it is absolutely necessary to supply the places of the employees discharged, you will after conference with the Sub. Dist. Commander forward to these Head Quarters the name of an enlisted man to be detailed for the purpose.
