Maj. White has been directed to furnish transportation for the inmates of "Farmville Hosptl" as requested in your communication dated Nov. 1st 1867

with the exception of the following changes viz:-
Transportation for Becky Longfield, to Richmond Va. instead of Newbern N. Car. - and for Cornelia Winn to Richmond instead of to Mecklenburg C.H.

Instructions have been forwarded to the S.A. Com. to see that the people ae properly provided for on their arrival at their destination - You will duly notify the officers in chg: of the counties to which they are to be sent, of the date on which they will be forwarded.

General,
I return herewith the application of Fanny Williams for the Retained bounty due her deceased husband, Thos Williams with the request that I may be informed as to the date of the application in which the money was paid to his attorney Wolf Hart & Co. - The enclosed application states that the man died at Raleigh N. Ca. on 20th May 1866. - If so the money should have been paid the wife.  Please give me all the information you can in this case.
