It has been reported to these Hd. Qrs. that a large number of patients, requiring medical treatment, are congregated every morning until after nine o'clock about the office of Dr. Young, before the proper medical officer makes his appearance to give them attention. The Bvt. Brig. Genl. Asst. Comr. therefore desires me to enquire if such is the case, and if it is practicable, directs that you make arrangements to have the medical officer give his attention to these patients at an earlier hour.
