CRAFTS EXHIBITION: Miss Blum came in the other day with Mrs. Walter Rothschild, to see this show, and they both bought a few things. The attendance of the exhibition has not been astounding.

I understand that the show of Degas bronzes is scheduled to open next Monday - in the main gallery, of course - and "An American Group" will commence it's 5th. exhibition on Wednesday of the week, in the third floor gallery.

STERSA clippings: I was surprised that the newspaper record of this was so brief, but I sent you what appeared to me to be what you referred to. I hope you received them.

MISS BARRETTO of the FRICK LIBRARY: They are still tracing Houdon busts, and Miss Barretto has left a memorandum about several which went through the hands of the firm. I am keeping it here for your return. To any the least, they are persistent:

I cannot think of anything else to report. I hope you were at least less disappointed in you Kansas City and St. Louis visits, and perhaps even Chicago will appear brighter on your second trip there.

Yours very sincerely,

Germain Séligmann, Esq.,
Lake Shore Drive Hotel,
Chicago, Ill.
