April 2, 1935.
for Mr. Germain Séligmann
- Page Two -

7) MR. BARR: He came in, spoke about our little SEURAT painting "La parade", and said he would do everything in his power to have Mr. STEPHEN CLARK buy it.

8) McILHENNY: Awaiting the visit of McIlhenny in connection with the CEZANNE at Wildenstein.

9) WILDENSTEIN: We have seen nobody at Wildenstein regarding the Lautrec "La Toilette". What do you think should be done in view of the fact that Parsons is interested in the picture?

10) MRS. SCHULTE: As soon as we know more of the Boston Museum decision, we shall speak to this lady about Mr. Goodyear's Van Gogh. She is also very much interested in bronzes by DEGAS, and I hope to be able to show her the Sullivan ones in the near future.

11) I feel that it is quite important that one should work on the Middle West cities, either for our CEZANNE landscape - for Mrs. SEYBRUN,Debroit [[Detroit]]; or in Toledo - or in Chicago with the Cezanne, the Degas "Races", and the Seurat "Eiffel Tower".

Something must be done in St. Louis.
