NINETY BROAD STREET
NEW YORK

February
twenty-sixth
1935

Dear Germain:

I am awfully sorry I missed your call recently. I was in town that day but tied up in a meeting and left that night for Canada and just returned.

It is possible that I might have to go to Cleveland tomorrow night, but if not I will give you a ring in the hope that you can come down and lunch with me and we can gossip a bit.

Cordially yours,
Bill
