Dear Mr. Séligmann:

DESIGN ASSOCIATES - New agreements regarding photographic business have been drawn up and signed. I advanced them, for your account, $600, which I would ask you to be good enough to reimburse to me, as I shall be needing the money this month.

MRS. M. H. HAMILTON - Came in to exchange the Crosby drawing "Back flip" for another Crosby drawing "The Winning Shot", which makes this sale $12.

MOSER - VAN GOGH - "Le pré vert à St. Rémy" leaves on the S. S. "Statendam" on September 9th, and I have notified Mr. Moser accordingly.

TESSA CORPORATION - Mr. Edgar bought:
100 Shares Montgomery Ward & Co. at 46-7/8
sold:
$5,000 Gould Coupler 6%-1940 at 126.

GRENVILLE L. WINTHROP - Paid $2,000 on account. Check deposited with J. P. Morgan.

NEW YORK STEAM CO. - Gave them the order to go ahead with the installation of the controlling device, and also notified them that if our yearly bill should exceed $1,200 we would install our own heating plant!

KOHLMAN - When I called his office to see why his last note, due Sept. 1st, had not been taken up, his secretary told me that he is at present abroad but that we will receive a check before the end of this week. I took the matter up with Mr. Friedman (Mr. Robbins being away) who tells me that we would run no risk by granting this extension.

LORD MOYNE-TAPESTRIES - #5021 Beauvais, "Psyche at the Fisherman's"
#5079 Gobelins, "Jason Series"
I wish to call your attention to the fact that these tapestries are consigned to us until October 12th of this year.

HEARST MANTELS - Mr. Furst is still away on his vaction.
