July 28th., 1937. Dear James: I am a little bit disappointed to be without news from you, but I gather you have had nothing special to tell me. I am sending you herein, an article which was published a little while ago in the "Neue Zurcher Zeitnung" - which I consider as a very good newspaper - which I thought might interest you. What I wrote you previously about the trend of the French government, seems to have been confirmed, I am glad to say, and today at Noon, the international situation appears again to be a little brighter. Of course it might not be true still at 1: o'clock. With kindest thoughts to Lucy and to you, I am, Yours very sincerely, (Germain Séligmann) James A Edgar, Esq., 24 Broad Street, New York, N.Y.
