Dear Sirs:

We have your letter OAL/R. of the 28th June.  We regret we have no instructions from Mrs. C. A. Cartwright regarding your account.  We mentioned it to her some time ago, she then told us that she would deal with this account herself and take it up direct with you.  We are afraid, therefore, there is nothing more we can do in the matter.  We will, however, mention your letter to Mrs. Cartwright the next time we see her, but as she is abroad we do not anticipate this will be for about three months.
