KARL FREUND -- We returned his Redon.

KNOEDLER & CO. -- Remitted $3,306.68 for their half share of the Vigée Le Brun.

BALANCE SHEET, June 30 -- It was my intention to establish a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account at this date. In view of the different transactions in suspense, I believe it would be better to wait until such time as my books are really up to date.

PERSONAL -- Mr. Edgar bought an additional 100 shares Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Ry Co. at 72-7/8.

SHIPMENT FOR EXHIBITION AT DECORATORS PICTURE GALLERY -- I have taken careful note and shall proceed as per your instructions.

C. P. Morgan. This statement is complete with the exception of the following sales:-

Redon sold to Ryerson
Picasso sold to Adler
3 paintings of MPI stock (sold in Paris)
