London, as regards the special INSURANCE taken out, and also copy of letter written by Mr. Waegen to this lady, which applies to the Marin as well as to the other purchases she made. The INVOICE will have to be made out to her - which I will probably send you a draft of, shortly - and which, of course, will not be sent before the three items are shipped to her, in Detroit.

As you can judge, all restoring expenses, insurance, shipping, etc., of the Marin, PLUS our COMMISSION, have to be charged to Mrs. Dillman.

The other items are to be delivered to her in Detroit free of charge.

JUAN GRIS: I am sending you, herein, receipted invoice of ROLAND BALAY & Louis Carré re the last purchase joint-account with us, as it was referred to in their statement, which I sent you previously.
