Dear Mr. Séligmann:

MRS. RASMUSSEN: An envelope containing the three attached photographs was received from her, and as no letter was enclosed and I know you were not corresponding with the lady in question, I suppose that they probably were intended for the other firm of Seligmann. Nevertheless, I thought you might be curious to see these reproductions and am sending them along.

LETTERS RE SCHIFF AUCTION: Though the sale will have become history before these lines arrive in Paris, I have made the enclosed copies for you of letters from MR. LEVIS (written by Mrs. Levis) and from MR. WILLIAMS of Cincinnati. They seem to have appreciated being posted, though neither expressed any interest.

June 21st., '38

This morning we received letters from Judge UNTERMYER and J. Robert RUBIN thanking you for having sent them Schiff catalogues, and Mrs. Frank D. STRANAHAN (Toledo) returned the paingings and drawings catalogue but without any word regarding it. Copies of the two letters mentioned, are enclosed.

SCHIFF CATALOGUES: We received a package of 25 additional copies of the section devoted to paintings, from Christie's this morning. Therefore I called up Mr. Rascovar's office and have let them have 6 to complete their orders.

Yours very sincerely,

Germain Séligmann, Esq.,
Paris.
