School Faculty 19 Years BOSTON, July 1 (AP) - Dr. Felix P. Chillingworth of the Tufts Medical School died yesterday at his Summer camp at Concord at the age of 65. Dr. Chillingworth was in charge of a leper colony outside New Orleans during the World War. He taught at the University of Kansas.
