SCHIFF SALE - I confirm your cable: - INFORM MRS. THORNE OBTAINED NOTHING TRYING WATTEAU FRIDAY STOP BOUGHT MARIN NINEHUNDREDFIFTY GUINEAS FOR DILLMAN STOP PLEASED WITH FIRST DAY. We advised our clients accordingly. I was very glad to see from the newspapers that the first two days were so successful, and I hope that it will continue along the same lines.

Bought 100 shares Chesapeake & Ohio R. R. at 28-1/4. 

COCHRAN - Paris returned to us in good condition the Lucas Cranach which we returned to him as requested. 

I sent out invoices to Mrs. Thorne and Mrs. Dillman for our purchases at the Schiff Auction for their account, as per your cabled request. 

MR. EDGAR - Bought 100 shares U. S. Rubber at 32-1/2.
