How extremely kind and prompt of you! Yesterday I received the duplicate copy of the certificate re the award of the Distinguished Service Medal. I have signed and returned to the Adjutant General's office, the acknowledgement form which accompanied it. 

I do hope that if at any time you feel that I may be of service to you in some way, I may have the privilege of your request.
