Dear Hans: Herein letter that you might hand Harry Oakes so that you have some sort of an official paper from the firm - whatever it may mean to him. How as I wired you, I am very anxious to go to Washington and talk at once to Mr. Finley about the Mackay Collection. So, as I have a lot to do, I want you right away by wire, etc., to make an appointment with Mr. Finley in Washington and tell me approximately when it would be, so that I could keep some free time. I expect you of course to go to Nassau, meet Oakes and come back - there is no question of spending a week, you realize, in Nassau just to meet this man. R. H.
