3 East 51st. St., N.Y. February 7th., 1939. Dear Mr. Séligmann: I am enclosing copies of two cables which arrived this morning from Paris, and a clipping from this morning's paper which you probably will see yourself on reaching Havana. From the lack of activity here, it seems that you chose a most opportune time to take the cruise. Yours very sincerely, (Mrs. T. D. Parker) Germain Séligmann, Esq., c/o Compagnie Generale Transatlantique, O'Reilly 66, Havana, Cuba. (Note: This is the second letter sent you via Air Mail to the Havana address)
