January 5th., 1939. Dear Mr. Finder: I do want to thank you for your letter of January 3rd., which contained so many interesting details. I am glad you did take the trouble of going into the more intimate working of the League. My French friend unfortunately having returned to Paris a couple of weeks ago, I have had to mail your letter to him accompanying it by some personal comments and I trust it will reach the interested parties safely. With renewed thanks and the Seasons Greetings, I am, Yours very sincerely, (Germain Séligmann) Leonard V. Finder, Esq., c/o Anti-Defamation League, 122 E. 42nd. St., N.Y.C.
