Dear Germain

As I told you, I am moving into a small furnished apartment at 215 East 73rd St. on Oct 1st & we are just going to have a colored maid come in for a few hours a day to do the house work etc.

Now it has just occurred to me, that perhaps Tom would know of someone who is reliable. 

Would you mind asking him?  By the by if I get any information from London re. the matter we discussed the other day, I will let you know.  In the meanwhile with my kindest regards.
