I received a few days ago, in my capacity of Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur, the herein enclosed letter dated July 22nd., from Mr. Gabriel Delore, Tangiers.

I feel that the answer to this letter is more of your competence than of mine - though I am answering him directly as regards his paintings and for your information am sending you herein copy.
