Dear Sirs:- Delivery of this shipment to Mr. Seligmann at his residence, 47 East 61st Street, was arranged on the 1st, and the keys received by us only today, have been mailed for your attention at the address above. We have not yet received debit from Lisbon in connection with the cabled reply in response to ours of June 14th; therefore, are not yet in a position to account for the $10.00 deposit furnished in connection with the necessary exchange of cables. Accordingly we can only render an accounting in connection with deposit of $35. 00 to cover the ocean freight, clearance and delivery expenses. We attach hereto our statement in the sum of $38.53 leaving us short a requirement of $3.53 which we would appreciate receiving at your early convenience. In due course when debit is received from Manuel B. Vivas Ltd., Lisbon, for expense of cabled reply of June 16th, we will then adjust your deposit of $10,00 in connection with this particular item, which we trust is agreeable to you. Yours truly, G.
