Dear Sir,

With reference to your application, I have been informed by the Ministry of Economic Warfare that exemption has been granted for your personal effects, subject to His Majesty´s Consul General at Lisbon being afforded full facilities to make a search. Any expenses incurred are payable by you. 

His Majesty´s Consul General at Lisbon has been instructed to issue an Export Pass for your property on application by your forwarding agent in the event that the search proves satisfactory.
