LOUIS BROMFIELD
PRESIDENT

November 13, 1942

Mr. Germain Seligmann
5 East 57th Street
New York, N. Y.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to meet
M. Charles Boyer at a reception on Wednesday, November
18th, at twelve noon, at the French-American Club,
10 Rockefeller Plaza.

This is M. Boyer's annual visit to New York and
he plans to be here for only a day or two. This will
be our only opportunity to meet this great French patriot
and artist who has contributed so much to the
American cinema.

M. Boyer, on this occasion, will be the guest
of the French-American Committee for Russian War Relief.
He has for a long time been deeply interested in this
important humanitarian cause and this reception will
give all of us the opportunity to show our support of
this effort to help the Russian people.

Yours faithfully,
