GOLD

In the free markets of the world, gold has been selling for the equivalent of $60 to $80 an ounce, compared with the American price of $35, which latter price, according to certain authorities, will inevitably be increased. Recalling the effects of the 1933 gold price increase on shares of gold companies, investors are wondering if history will repeat itself. The merits of the principal arguments for a gold price advance are fully discussed in the forthcoming issue of our "Fortnightly Market and Business Survey." Copies will be ready for mailing July 7th to investors who request them of us on their own letterhead.
